It takes 4-5 days for PMI.org to complete the member update process for new members or those whose membership has lapsed and they have re-registered.  Until this process is complete, you will not be able to logon to the Chapter website.  Look for an email from CustomerCare@pmi.org asking you to create a myPMI profile. (don’t forget spam folder)  This email is the signal that you can now logon to the Chapter and register for events.

Note: Your logon “User Name” for the PMI-KSA Chapter will probably be different from your logon user name for PMI.org.

The user name for the Chapter can only be your primary email address.

Are you a current member who hasn’t switched to new login method yet?

See the following steps:

  1. If you haven’t already done so, click Forgot Username/Password?“.
  2. Enter your primary email address on file with PMI.org. If you can’t remember, login to pmi.org and click “My Profile”.
  3. Check your email (don’t forget spam folder) for the notice to create a new password. Just use the same password as before if you like. When done, your log-in credentials for the Chapter (not pmi.org) will be:
    primary email address (mandatory)
    password
